Our stunning listed school building has always been a key factor in creating an environment which is conducive to learning. This is complemented by the state-of-the-art new build through the Building Schools for the Future programme, which enables students to make the most of the facilities including our Design & Technology department and the Learning Resource Centre, as well as a modern dance studio and sports hall.

Our alumni are blazing the trail for today’s students with achievements in many different fields. We count a world championship squash player, successful television and theatre actors, England footballers, MPs and several OBEs and CBEs among our former students, demonstrating what can be achieved with encouragement of all round ability and special talents.
