High Storrs Dance Department

Welcome to High Storrs Dance Department, we offer exciting and comprehensive dance courses and lessons at KS3, GCSE,  AS and A Level. We play an integrated and important role within the performing arts specialism and offer both outreach and extra-curricular activities.

Over the years we have had a number of professional companies and individuals visit and take an active part in teaching the students different forms of dance and methodology, including L'il Tim, Stomp, and more recently flamenco dancers. We also encourage our students to come on excursions and experience the companies in their natural surroundings such as DV8's performance of  ' Just For Show '  at the National Theatre in London.
